The original idea for Brazilian Energy came to Jon LaClare, our founder, many years ago when he was a missionary in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Fresh & delicious Amazonian fruits and juices are a part of everyday life in Brazil and have kept Brazilians healthy for hundreds of years.
After returning to Brazil with his wife many years later, Jon finalized the formulation of Brazilian Energy after testing dozens of recipes to create the most delicious and most nutrient dense blend that you can now easily enjoy anywhere in the world.
You can’t find fresh Guarana, Acai or Acerola in the United States, so we partnered with local suppliers to powderize the fruits at their peak of ripeness, preserving their nutrients into a delicious, all-natural energy drink.
As a father of four, Jon didn’t want his kids (or his wife!) to consume chemical-laden energy sodas or to get addicted to expensive daily cups of coffee (Brazil’s other major export!), so he crafted an energy superfood drink that provides the same amount of energy as a cup of coffee but is also packed with antioxidants and nutrients that can make you look and feel healthier.
